Engineering

To ensure complete integrity in design and installation of systems, all projects undertaken by Whiffen & Andrews Air Conditioning are engineered by in-house qualified Mechanical Engineers. ACADS and Carrier Software Packages are used to support this facility.

Computerised Estimating

A fully computerised Estimating System has been installed and is fully operational.

Computerised Programming

“Microsoft Project” software is used for project programming, control and monitoring. Programs include such activities as Design Co-ordination, Drafting, Off-site Fabrication, Subcontract Works, together with the Site Works.

Computerised Cost Reporting & Control

Computerised Cost Reporting is facilitated by an in-house integrated accounting package. The system is live from our centralised server, and up-to-date work in progress and costing information is available to any remote location by phone line to Job Sites for maximum control and corrective action. Progress claims are produced by an in-house Data System.

Training

All management and staff are provided training through industry recognised sources such as A.I.M, A.I.R.A.H. and A.M.C.A. This training enables our team to receive the latest information on statutory developments, trends, safety and product knowledge.
